Gregory S. Shanbour, D.D.S., M.S.
Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and Implantology
Dr. Gregory Shanbour received his D.D.S. at the University of Oklahoma in 1982 and M.S. in Periodontology at the University of Michigan in 1984. He became a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology in 1988.
Dr. Shanbour established his private specialty practice in south Oklahoma City in 1984. Besides running a private practice, Dr. Shanbour also devoted time over the years teaching as a Clinical Professor at Oklahoma University College of Dentistry and the general dentistry residency program at St. Anthony Hospital.
Dr. Shanbour's professional memberships include Oklahoma County Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association, University of Oklahoma Alumni Association, American Academy of Periodontology, Southwest Society of Periodontists, and University of Michigan Alumni Association.

Dr. Gregory F. Shanbour received his D.D.S. at the University of Oklahoma in 2012. He completed a GPR (dental residency) program at Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx, NY, in 2013. He obtained his specialty degree in Periodontics from New York University in 2016. While completing his residency, he was a part-time Clinical Instructor at New York University College of Dentistry. In addition, he received an award for leadership from the Department of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry at New York University.
In 2016, Dr. Gregory F. Shanbour moved back to Oklahoma to join his father in private practice at Periodontal Implant Associates. He is Board Certified in Periodontology and Implant dentistry. He Recieved his diplomate status from American Board of Periodontology in 2018
Dr. Gregory Shanbour is a member of the Oklahoma Dental County Association, Oklahoma Dental Association, University of Oklahoma Alumni Association, New York Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology, North East Periodontal Society, and the Southwest Periodontal Society.
